so so true! Going through this right now with a ‘friend’ who is chucking a hissy fit about something & has ignored me for a few days, & I actually feel very ‘relieved’ that we haven’t had contact… It was always so exhausting to be around this friend & now I feel more relaxed, even after just a few days of no contact! Definitely made me realise it’s time to pull right back from this ‘friendship’!!!

Thanks for this video, it is so true but it is difficult to let go your friends sometimes even if you do not feel good when you are with them. Each time I am in contact with some of them, I feel anxious because they chose to support my ex boyfriend. It takes time to realize those unconfortable feelings.
