Lesson 1: Disappear your fear
Shannon will guide you to strengthen your relationship with yourself. You will be guided to release old patterns of negative self-talk and self-abuse. She’ll address the inner critic and fear-based parts of us that are keeping us from feeling loved and appreciated. Learn how to identify your inner critic and its motivation. This session is the groundwork and foundation for all other sessions; it serves as a springboard to access your best self. (This lesson is 1 hour and 6 min long)
Lesson 2: Find your purpose in your pain
Address your self-sabotaging habits and understand the fear-based self. You’ll learn powerful tools to combat self-doubt and sabotage and understand the barriers and hidden blocks keeping you from moving forward. You’ll do powerful meditations and inner work that will help you release the blocks for good. (This lesson is 50 min)
Lesson 3: Stand by you
Today you’ll learn essential tools to help you shine bright and be proud of who you are. You will identify powerful methods to accept what you can’t change and feel empowered to change what you can’t accept. Shannon will guide you to embrace the five key pillars of self-love. Through this process, you will create a roadmap to happiness and health. (This lesson is 43 min long)
Lesson 4: Show up for yourself
This session will help you become more kind and compassionate to yourself. You will learn powerful ways to trust and believe in yourself while getting clear about your deepest desires. (This lesson is 55 min long)
Lesson 5: goal digger
This session will guide you to create a solid plan of action and set yourself up for lasting success. You’ll learn the power of goal setting and creating a blueprint for fulfillment. (This lesson is 3 min long)
