When you prioritize self-care, everything else falls into place. It is essential to take care of you.
2. The little things matter most
Much of the time, we think we need to have gracious adventures or goals, but little things matter most. Take time to celebrate the little things. When you can pay attention to them, it cultivates a sustainable sense of happiness.
3. Treat everyone as if they are family
Being compassionate with others is a key to happiness. When you do what you love, it exudes from you and you inspire others just by being you. The goal is to do more of what you love and share it with others. As you do this, you increase respect and compassion with those around you.

I’m balancing my chakras
I am going to gather special goodies for family who are coming to visit us, having it in their room when they arrive…so they feel extra special. I am going to make some rosemary-mint lotion to put in there too!

I organise my Joy practices first into ‘private victories’ that enable me to then reach out in ‘public victories’. Keep on playin’ with creatin’ – I admire what you’re doing!
I’ve never, ever done yoga. Always curious but never thought I had the patience or a yoga body. I have researched and found a studio to get started with which also offers meditation sessions, which I’ve also never done before. Feeling a bit selfish but I’m definitely all about the “self-care” with this! Thank you.
